The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) defines the project milestones and work packages, states the deliverables and due dates and identifies who is responsible and who needs to be communicated with during the delivery of the milestones and work packaged.

The Project Planning Handbook - The Work Breakdown Structure

Now that you have identified your project milestones (the top row of your sticky notes) and the work packages under each milestone you can fill in the WBS tab of your Project Planning Handbook. Remember that as the project manager you also need a milestone for "project management" with work packages for each phase of the project management life cycle.
