Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and Your Leadership and Management Journey

You have chosen to do this degree because you see yourself as transitioning from a scholarly teacher (someone who is interested in the educational process of teaching your profession and using an evidence-based approach to how you plan your teaching, deliver content, facilitate skill acquisition and evaluate student performance) to becoming a health professions educator who engages in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL).
